Panjiayuan Flea Market Beijing (潘家园旧货市场). I recently had the opportunity to visit the Panjiayuan Flea Market in Beijing, China. This market is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, and I was excited to explore the area and see what it had to offer.
The market is located in the Chaoyang District of Beijing, and it is open from Monday to Thursday, it is open from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. On weekends, it is open from 4:30 am to 6:00 pm.
I suggest you go to Panjiayuan on weekends. You will find some vendors coming from all parts of China to show their personal stuff or artifacts they collect and sell on the ground in a designated area in the market.
There are so many types of goods in the market that it is like a museum. From antiques to crafts and collectibles, this market has something for everyone.
The market is divided into six areas,
i.e. the stall area, the area of ancient buildings, the area of classical furniture, the area of modern collections, the area of stone carving, and the catering area. This makes it easy to find what you are looking for.
Walking through the Panjiayuan Flea Market sometimes feels like walking through the history of China. You can find items from different eras, from traditional Chinese antiques to modern electronics.

Overall, my visit to the Panjiayuan Flea Market was an amazing experience.
